1. Services Description

NWI Local offers local marketing and visibility services for Northwest Indiana trade and service businesses. Our two offerings are:

• DIY Package. A one-time service consisting of a comprehensive audit report and a self-implementation guide that you or your team work through independently.
• Managed Visibility Package. A one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly service that includes a premium NWI Local directory listing, ongoing citation corrections, blog content, quarterly re-audits, and the QR review system.

2. Payment Terms

• DIY Package. A one-time payment processed via Stripe. Because the report and guide are digital products delivered upon completion, the DIY Package is non-refundable once the report or guide has been delivered.
• Managed Visibility Package. A one-time setup fee, which is non-refundable once work has begun, plus a recurring monthly subscription fee billed automatically via Stripe until canceled.
• Introductory / Founding Pricing. Introductory and founding-client pricing is limited-time and subject to change for future billing cycles or new customers. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any rate change to their account.

3. Cancellation

Customers on the recurring Managed Visibility plan may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel any time before your next billing date.

4. No Guaranteed Results

NWI Local cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI recommendation outcomes, review volume, or business results. These outcomes depend on factors outside NWI Local's control, including third-party platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Yelp, whose algorithms and behavior NWI Local does not control.

5. Customer Reviews & Content

Reviews submitted through the QR review system become part of the business's public NWI Local directory listing. NWI Local reserves the right to remove reviews that violate applicable law or platform guidelines, including fake, abusive, or fraudulent content, but does not otherwise edit customer-submitted review content.

6. Directory Listing Content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide for their directory listing. NWI Local is not liable for third-party reliance on listing information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWI Local's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The effective date shown above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
